River Creek Resort and Casino is a casino, hotel, and entertainment property owned and operated by Enoch Creek Nation that offers visitors all kinds of premium services. It is a resort that welcomes approximately 45,000 guests every week, and profits are invested in social programs in the First Nation community.

The aging of asset analogy video systems and access control systems has forced surveillance and security teams to address ongoing device failures and performance issues. Casinos have now chosen a solution to enhance security with a fully IP-based video surveillance system with Genetec Omnicast™ and Genetec Synergis™.

In collaboration with Genetec, the building will now be able to dispose of 1,150 cameras and 150 doors. The fire alarm system is also connected to the system with 25 DMP panic buttons on the integrated platform. Surveillance and security staff will now operate in a unified view of the casino from the central command center, facilitating monitoring of the 49-acre resort.

In addition to the above upgrades, the property also introduced additional features and capabilities to simplify operations and enhance community collaboration. Meanwhile, the Genetech Plan Manager connects all cameras, doors and sensors on the property's map, so operators can quickly find out where the alarm notifications are currently coming from.

In addition, the KiwiVision™ People Counter will help you comply with public health regulations with a backup system for checking the numbers of existing people aggregating solutions. Genetec Clearance™ is also integrated and is a digital evidence management system that simplifies and secures the process of sharing images with law enforcement, insurance partners and legal teams while protecting personal privacy.
